It's not bad, I liked it, even though most of the optical flares looked forced onto the screen, they weren't well enough implemented imo and if we're a little familiar with this effect we can spot it from the first one since they all look really like the presets. 

But yeah, it was ok, the source, which I had never seen before, helps though. Good job anyways!

Yo ! I think you didn't really improve , like usual , well maybe the synchro and the pace are a little better , but it's way too simple , you didn't try anything , well optical flares are nice but you should use them well , we don't have to see it like at 0:58 , just the light is enough like at 0:54 but i understand that this was done really quickly .

So if there is an advice incan give you , it would be : take more time ! I know it's just for fun , we make something in the week-end , just an IC but if it's not good enough , we should first make longer AMVs and improve ourselves , then we can something good even in a short time ^^

And try other transitions ( i always say this) xD

Btw , what's the anime you used + song ? :p

Yes there isn't anything special the description should say why though and no I'm not talking about that it was made during the weekend xD. Honestly after 20 seconds into the clip I wanted to drop it (like usual), but then again I didn't want to drop another video because I have dropped a total of 5 videos this month and they looked actually good, but editing it bored me. So because of that by doing this clip without any ideas or knowing where I was going with this I decided to go at least half way of the song and throw some things in it. So yeah, it could have been better if I had ideas, but I didn't. The reason why I did this so quick is because I am already working on something and I didn't want to waste my time doing this and the only reason why I edited this is because I just seen the anime (movie) and wanted to do something with it and try a few things out.

and yeah lol, I didn't see your message at first until I reloaded the page.

oh sorry about that the anime is called "Kotonoha no Niwa" and the english name is "The Garden of Words"

Back to the vid ^^
I think the mix anime/music worked perfectly here.
The flares effects are too visible, especially when you use the exact same flare on two different scenes
(for example 1:11, 1:12), but once again, they fit the anime really well.
Overall it wasn't bad, it had a nice atmosphere, but it was too simple : you should try different transitions/effects 
 in your future clips .
