Just some details that bothered me : the useless black frame at 0:12, that...weird camera movement ? at 0:19, and that blinking transition is a bit overused.
Apart from that, I think it could have been better in the choice of scenes: some of them kind of slow down the pace (like that Geass scene at 0:37 or that other too long Geass scene at 1:17).
And about the choice of anime, I think Jojo didn't really fit in so well .

Overall opinion: I liked the calm parts of the AMV, but I'm not a big fan of the dubstep parts (actually dubstep+mix isn't really my cup of tea, and I think  you used too many black flashes on those parts).

XD I think you're right about most of the things like for the weird black frames[, "at 0:12, that...weird camera movement " that's from the anime :DD ] and such but I think the pace was pretty okay for me at least, I mean an action AMV doesn't always have to have fast paced scenes to make it cool! The overall scenes/choice was suited well with the actual dubstep parts ( I think so
for that scene with code geass at 0:37 scs it fits the lyrics and the scene it self has movement so I think your wrong on that it slow downs the pace but I'm thankful for the feedback! thanks for watching!
