I didn't like it, it looks like a mep, if you're going for a mix, try to mix them more or focus on one of the animes. Moreover, the editing looks really generic, to the point I felt like some parts were stolen from other editors (not saying you did it, it's just really uncreative). But on a pure technical side it wasn't bad, except for the ugly aspect/ratio of Bleach, be careful when you go from 4:3 to 16:9.
The synchs were ok but the pace is totally messed up in the beginning, it's going way too fast for the song and the cam is moving like crazy for no reason.

Keep it up but you should try to be a little more creative and to make something a bit more consistent.
