AMV - Rollin

Sup guys! Nice to meet u all !~ Im Haki and this is my AMV


Hey guys, this is the first time trying this stuff out so be honest.
I got a harsh comment that my editing was pushy and whatever but i didnt edit it under the best circumstances ( idk how to write that )
Anyway instead of saying whats bad, please tell me what i can do to improve.
Since i've been stuck on the same skill level for some time now and i wanna get better
*Also i love crossovers, if anyone wants to help me it would be great*

First of all it was kinda entertaining, yet a bit too random but that's the point I guess xD Imo on your first part you focused too much on shaking the cam rather than relying on better scenes and this kind of shakes look cheap when you abuse of them to create your synch.
On the weed la weed part, the masks are really easy to notice, they have this white glow all over that is quite disturbing.

At 1:33 I think that's where the editing was getting hidden by the cam moves, I get that smoke is a good ground for transition but you shouldn't zoom in it only to zoom out next scene. Or worse only to get out of the scene, to transition from tokyo ghoul to OPM you could have just lowered the brightness as it's a dark scene afterwards, it would have lighten the cam moves overload.

Last point, the AMV might be an anime mix but I felt you didn't really used it at your advantage, you have mini-part of each anime, you stay a long time on tokyo ghoul or weed la weed then you go to another anime. That hurts the homogeneity of the video.

So yeah, not bad, the pace and the flow are cool most of the time but the techniques and the scene selection are occasionally hurting the raw editing. Keep it up
