First of all, it's full of blending frames, you need to use the same fps for the source and the project.
Then I thought the cam moves were really rough and bouncy, make them simpler and use blurs to smoothe them. Take the time to be precise when you zoom on characters also.
Regarding the pace, it's vaguely ok but the difference between choruses and verses is not emphasized enough. Your scene selection need to be more accurate when following the phases of the song. It also ends on a very cheap fade which is never good.
