That was ok, not really interesting since it was basically well known sources but at least the editing is decent. The main flaws would be the accelerated scenes, there were too many. The cam moves were a bit messy, you shouldn't have two opposite moves in a short time or on the same scene (zoom/dezoom).
The scene selection was a bit too linear at 1:20 I would have liked to see something different than a fight.
Masks were a bit too obvious, it's not always pretty to use this dark shadow.

An ok action amv, good job

EDIT: Even if it is an obvious inspiration from Luciole and you say it straight away, you can't just make the same effect or transition like that. I'm not sure but some parts did look like you just stole it from the actual Shinigami Jigen. Even if you remade it, I have no clue, I don't really see the point, try to be more personal and original in your creations!
