Not bad at all, overall I liked it, you made a nice job even though some overlays looked a bit overused and like a draft. But it didn't bother me that much so nice job and good luck in the contest!

otherwise the theme was well placed. scene selection was fine too. i'll agree with MDL and add that the CC burn didn't felt really optimized.

Otherall it was nice.

Some effect didn't look so nice to me, at least on the youtube streaming (like the burn at 0:14 or the chroma at 0:31), otherwise it was really nice!
And even though I'm not fond of the music, it fitted the anime suprisingly well

Yeah some overlays didn't look that good , and watch out , there were some lip flaps even if it was too short!
