M E P - EquinoxUnit - Catastrophe [ BIG CONTEST 2016 ]

English: This is the first MEP we have finished with our new team. Deadline coincided with a deadline of Big Contest so we decided to give a try. This MEP brought such a great experience, as in editing same to knowing each others closer, nice to realize that you're in a circle of a people, on which you can rely. The way this project turned was a pleasant surprise honestly, so we hope you guys will have a good time watching it.

Russian: Приветствуем всех, это первая работа нашей новообразованой команды. Тематический MEP, запилили в течении месяца и решили выложить на ньюс, благо тут еще и BC подьехал. Было очень интересно и приятно поработать в окружении отличных ребят, причем практически все из разных стран. Приятного просмотра.

French: C'est la première mep depuis que nous avons crée la team. La deadline coïncider à celle du big contest donc nous avons décidé de tenter notre chance.La mep fut une bonne expérience en terme de montage et cela nous a permis de nous connaître un peu plus.C'est cool de réaliser que nous somme un cercle de personne sur le quel on peut compter .Le projet a été une bonne surprise et nous espérons que vous allez prendre du bon temps à le regarder

Hello!

Very cool, good effort in all parts and overall solid enough editing. What is even cooler is that you managed to keep the theme together and to make the pace evolve which is quite rare in a MEP unfortunately.

Colors did bother me a bit though, at times they are too bright (part 1), at others too dark (part 3) and it can be hard to see what's going on. It was cool to see a Code Geass part though.
Also, some effects were a bit too easy to spot, like the light streaks in the Noragami part or the shockwave impacts and smoke footages in the Mardock Scramble and last part.

I didn't really like the editing on the Mardock Scramble by the way, the transitions seemed forced on scenes, the cam moves are a bit messy and there are many fades that were compromising the cleanliness. Still a nice part but could have been less drafty imo.

I also have some stuff to say about the last part, the idea is pretty cool and there are a lot of great stuff but the city footage is a bit repetitive and we don't really feel the change of scenes which leads to a lack of variety and a drop in pace. Add to it that the masks obviously feel a bit out of place and the particles don't really help, well these were not my favourite scenes. The more "classical" phases were really awesome though, I really like the contrast and the use of text in this one.

Overall it's a very good job and a nice surprise guys, good luck in the Big Contest!

Well, it's a really pro work

Pas mal dans l'ensemble, j'ai assez bien accroché jusqu'à ce que la partie dynamique arrive. Je trouve que la monté en puissance n'est vraiment pas réussi et les tracks sont plus brouillonne que les autres. Specialement la track Darker Than Black je crois, avec la ville en fond, qui est tjs le mm plan, ça passe franchement pas du tout.
Mais globalement ça reste un bon MEP. Bonne chance pour le BC

We ty for feedback. As always welcomed and appreciated to maximum however i disagree about the DTB part which is mine following some stuffs. The reason why i kept same city scene was bcuz for example if i was changing the time/space line of the action i wanted to happen in certain area the next question in ur mind would be like. What? Teleport? Haxxxxx!!!111 Ty once again Hakim, Sephi and Seijur we rlly happy that u like it.
